Spike's replacement...  Raph just needs someone close to him all the time.  He loves his brothers, of course, but Chompy is his pal in a special way, the one who he can open up to fully and be silly with, if needed.   Bet Chompy is privy to dreams Raph would not air with others.  This is really cute art of Raph and his new friend.
